The King Cutter guarantees a royal start into the day. The absolute classic in the Boker program makes men's hearts skip a beat. The King Cutter has been a firm component of the Boker Straight Razor program since the start of the 20th century. With its practical 5/8" blade, it is the ideal knife for every morning, easy to use, and provides a very good shave even for inexperienced users. The non-stainless blade is made from best Solingen Straight Razor steel and easily handles everyday shaving. The blade is made by hand with an extra-hollow grind with belly. Inclusive authentic Boker stamp in blade. Delivered in historic packaging and certificate of authenticity.
The King Cutter Black with black synthetic handle is the best-selling Straight Razor of the Boker manufacture. The fine Boker tree inlay made from nickel silver is placed on the high-quality, moisture-resistant synthetic handle in painstaking manual work and then polished. The serration on both sides of the tang of the blue-polished blade provides an especially secure grip.
Note: Carbon steel razors require additional care to maintain compared to stainless steel, otherwise they will rust. Clean and dry thoroughly after each use. A drop of light oil or tuf-glide can be used on the blade for storage.

The history of Boker can be traced back to the 17th century. In the 1800’s the German tool maker was producing swords and other blades for use in the various wars that were going on in Europe at the time. In the1860’s the company had split with part of the family emigrating and setting up factories in America. The German and American factories produced similar products. Both used the “Tree Brand” logo. The “Tree Brand” logo represents the giant chestnut tree that was at the front of the original Boker factory in Remscheid, Germany in the 17th century.
